An older relative I grew up with had a troubled adolescence, which included a flirtation with national socialism. Thankfully he never became a Nazi per se, but he had some friends who were actual Nazis, like in the 1980 Blues Brothers movie. One day, perhaps in 1971, one of them came to the house while I was watching cartoons and asked if I noticed they were of lesser quality than before. I said not really, but he enlightened me by declaring "It's the Jews!" Apparently he was referring to the animation quality measure of frames per second FPS), and that somehow "the Jews" decreased the FPS to save money. I doubt he had no actual knowledge of this.
People under 55 or so probably don't realize that long before anyone who disagreed with progressives was a Nazi there were actual Nazis, notably the National Socialist Party of America (forming in 1970 and dissolving in 1981). They paraded around in Brown-Shirt type uniforms and wore swastika armbands, and were most famous for the pro-Nazi demonstration planned for Skokie, IL (a suburb of Chicago with a large Jewish population including Holocaust survivors) in 1977. Ultimately the demonstration was held in Chicago in the following year, with a whopping 25 Nazis showing up.

That certainly was a well thought-out article Reid. So sad the world has to have gotten this grazed. Power over people certainly is the left’s goal in all this evil behavior and attitude. You would think getting along and doing onto others as you would have done onto yourself would have created a far better world. But no, people want to control others, want to be in the public eye and love unrest. Thank God it is a small majority than greater; however, brainwashing is a number one strategy used on the many who would rather have someone think for them than think for themselves…or better yet, use their intelligence to realize what a scam it all is. If only those brainwashed individuals knew what socialism and communism is truly all about. Back in the day, the working class were more democrats than big business republicans. Now, the Dems (or as DJT calls them...dumocrats! You gotta love him!) are not what they once were and those same people (or a good many of them anyway) don’t know that the party has changed. ….and you can’t talk to them, oh no! They know more than you do! It sometimes feels almost hopeless but I do have high hopes it isn’t! Given time and with the mid-terms coming up, we don’t have much; but perhaps the proof in the reality of it all is still possible. I guess we all need to pray more and worry less. What will be, will be I realize, just hope it is a more informed and unified future we end up with and not another unfortunate global catastrophe’. We live in the devil’s playground more and more it seems, but God is in charge and always will be…we just have to ask him for his help! If you don’t ask, you don’t receive. ...and as one great saint said years ago, i.e. St. Padre’ Pio (and it is written somewhere in the St. Joseph’s Bible version as well…) “Pray and don’t worry”. I always try to remind myself to do the best I can with what I have. No one knows what tomorrow will bring. Life was never meant to be easy and I certainly have had my negative days, but it is all we have! God Bless America!
