<\/a>I\u2019ve come to dread \u201cpride\u201d month because there is no accomplishment associated with it: preferring to have romantic and sexual relationships with someone of your same sex, for example, is not an accomplishment, it just is. As with skin color, applying the term \u201cpride\u201d is vacuous and actually self-delusional. Being a homosexual certainly shouldn\u2019t mean one has to be ashamed of themselves, but it\u2019s not worthy of parades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n More significantly, this need for parades and \u201ccelebration\u201d and fanfare is, at a most basic level, a yearning for attention, approval, and acceptance, things people do when they aren\u2019t comfortable with themselves. It shouldn\u2019t be necessary for one\u2019s self-esteem and contentment to be based on how someone else feels about them, to outsource your self-worth so to speak. Ultimately it\u2019s a losing proposition, a life-long quest that will never find fulfillment. If you are okay with who you are, then BE accepting of who you are. What someone else thinks or believes shouldn\u2019t matter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n Disturbingly, the heretofore idea of tolerance, a crucial and fundamental element of any civil society, has been cast aside, largely as a result of homosexual activism. I well recall the plaintive and perfectly reasonable argument of, \u201cwho I am and how I choose to live my life does not effect you nor cause anyone harm, so why would you hassle me?\u201d Personally I\u2019ve never witnessed any true anti-homosexual behavior, but I\u2019ve heard enough accounts to know it has existed, and to demean or attack someone simply because they are a homosexual goes against basic civility, let alone conservative principles. Anyone decent person observing an actual attack against someone merely because they are a homosexual has a duty to stand up for them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Somewhere along the way, however, homosexuality went from being a lifestyle of personal choice to being a religion, but not one of those \u201clove you neighbor\u201d and forgive others type of religions, rather one of harshness, where anyone not accepting their doctrine is an irredeemable sinner to be cast in cultural and social hellfire. They- the hate-filled activist priests- have become the religious thugs seen so often in history, where infidels are tracked down, ridiculed, demeaned and, in some cases, destroyed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Like so many tyrants in history, they have finally come for the children: education has been replaced by indoctrination, the normal and wonderful asexuality of kids has been polluted by adults who want to impose their fetishes on them, and people that have power over children- teachers, psychologists, medical practitioners, social workers, politicians- are working in the shadows to coerce children into rejecting all values except the ones they promote. In essence, our culture is being turned into a cult, a pernicious cult that rejects the tenets of pluralism, free expression and thought, and even basic decency. As \u201cpride\u201d month 2023 is upon us, we are seeing an especially grotesque display of greedy and privileged corporate executives at the forefront of sexually exploiting kids-robbing children of their childhoods and innocence- as if their massive wealth and materialism entitles them to force their sexual and cultural kinks on everyone else.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Somehow I have to believe that there is a silent majority of homosexuals who in fact simply want to live their lives without being hassled and without hassling others; that the activists fanatics are nothing more than a small number of selfish hedonists who crave attention and power...wannabe tyrants.
