<\/a><\/a>\u201cI mean, you got the first mainstream African-American who is articulate and bright and clean and a nice-looking guy. I mean, that\u2019s a storybook, man.\u201d <\/em>Future Democrat President Joe Biden<\/strong>, 2007, in reference to Barack Obama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The compelling 1989 movie Glory depicted the creation of black Union Army units in the Civil War, specifically the 54th<\/sup> Mass. Infantry Regiment. These units were lead by white officers but otherwise segregated. Under the command of Col. Robert Gould Shaw, the 54th<\/sup> became a disciplined and formidable unit, but for the most part the black soldiers were considered as laborers in uniform, and buffoons at worst. In one disturbing scene, while the 54th<\/sup> maintained their formation another black unit was allowed to loot a white plantation house while its corrupt officers looked on, but one of the black soldiers assaulted a white woman and was summarily shot by a white officer. The message was that much of the white establishment believed that black troops couldn\u2019t control themselves, which was okay to some extent, but don\u2019t mess with white women. The 54th<\/sup> went on to distinguish itself at the Battle of Fort Wagner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n This idea- that black people are basically buffoons- persists among some white people this day, those people being privileged and powerful Democrats. Still, blacks can be useful to them as political props and minions as long as the are regulated and controlled, lest they act according to their innate savage nature. This is what Joe Biden was saying when he observed the rare <\/em>exception <\/em>of an \u201c...articulate and bright and clean\u2026\u201d <\/em>black person in his 2007 quote.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n In 1986 I was hired as a medical practitioner (PA) by the medical director of a NY State facility for developmentally disabled (mentally retarded) people, Dr. Francis. He had graduated from the Howard University medical school sometime in the late 1940s and, though he had been in administration for years and was no longer at the forefront of clinical medicine, the story was he had been a very sharp physician in his younger days, and clearly his wisdom had never left him. He was kind, always gracious, and always acted with dignity; a role model to aspire to and someone who earned deep respect. Dr. Francis is long gone now and, BTW, was a black man, or perhaps a true gentleman is more fitting. Many years before Biden\u2019s insulting claim, Dr. Francis was an \u201c...African-American who is articulate and bright and clean..,\u201d <\/em>a possibility and concept only recently discovered by our current president.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Every February we must endure \u201cBlack History Month,\u201d which has little to do with black history but provides a forum for the caste of professional and elite black racialists to parade their endless sense of victimhood and demands for more money and power. This is terribly disheartening because there are so many vibrant and accomplished and black people in American history with fascinating and compelling stories: why do the most buffoonish so often rise to the top of the progressive and Democrat world? The answer is simple- they serve to keep black people in cultural and political servitude while advancing the goals of their masters; \"...give them (Negroes) a little something...,\" as LBJ said. Below are profiles of some of these selfish, loud-mouthed, and grotesque people, who collectively possess all the qualities that make them buffoons: greed, anger, corruption, self-righteousness and grandiosity and, in some cases, overt violence; demagogues well versed in manipulating and exploiting people so as to bring out the worst in them:<\/p>\n\n\n\n Patrisse Cullors<\/strong>: 40-year-old Cullors is considered one of the founders of the \u201cBlack Lives Matter\u201d organization; she holds a MFA degree from USC. During all the excitement associated with the killing of black career criminal George Floyd while fully restrained at the hands of a brutish cop in 2020, there was all sorts of money to be had. On one hand, Floyd\u2019s death was a virtual gold mine for people like Cullors, and for others, especially wealthy and privileged white corporate types and individuals, a relatively cheap way to buy self-esteem and justify their privilege. In 2020 Cullor\u2019s organization took in around $90 million in donations. It was almost predictable that corruption would soon set in, and it happened in the usual ways- \u201cdonated\u201d money used to buy luxurious real estate, finance luxurious lifestyles for the BLM elite, and awards of lucrative (high 6 and even 7 figure) \u201ccontracts\u201d to friends and family members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In May 2021 she resigned her executive director position, not related to \u201calleged attempts to discredit her,\u201d she said (of course), but to write a book and work on a TV deal. Cullors mentioned something revealing (April 2022) when there was an issue with required IRS reporting for all<\/em> \u201cnon-profit\u201d organizations (the 990 form): she declared, it\u2019s \u201c...like, deeply unsafe. This is literally being weaponized against us\u2026\u201d \u201cAttacked and scrutinized,\u201d \u201cIt\u2019s, like, triggering.\u201d The fraud of Cullors and BlM is pretty convoluted; perhaps the best summary can be found here: https:\/\/www.bizpacreview.com\/2023\/05\/24\/blm-barrels-toward-insolvency-but-still-blew-millions-amid-massive-losses-1361890\/<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n Amos Brown<\/strong>: Born in 1941, Rev\/Dr Brown has been a figure in the race-baiting industry for a long time. Brown is was born in Mississippi and is old enough to have witnessed real, non-pretend, racism, and his trajectory was fairly typical: civil rights \u201cactivism\u201d as a young man (which actually meant something at the time), college, seminary, and a pastorship of a church (mid-1970s), along with various positions with the NAACP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Brown came of age as the message of black pastors transitioned from personal responsibility and duty to family and community to \u201cWe\u2019re helpless victims of racism and deserve lots of free stuff.\u201d Ironically this coincided with the increasingly ubiquitous societal realization that true racism is despicable. As an aside, I recall many years ago hearing an inspiring speech by MLK, Jr in which he said ALL <\/em>work is dignified. I don\u2019t think we\u2019ve heard that message in several decades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Anyway, Brown has recently been newsworthy for being on the San Francisco Reparations Committee, a group of 14-15 black people appointed to determine how much $$ black people should be given them by taxpayers because their ancestors\/relatives may have been slaves or in prison for drug offenses. The committee concluded $5 million a person was just about right, along with canceling credit card debt and housing loans for black people. To Brown\u2019s credit (kind of) he recognized that fulfilling these demands would bankrupt the city many times over, and maybe the \u201crecommendations\u201d needed a little tweaking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Reparations can be characterized as follows: a stranger knocks on your door and states \u201cmy great-great-great-great-great-great grandfather worked for the husband of your great-great-great-great-great-great grandmother, and not only didn\u2019t pay him but treated him really badly, so you owe me a lot of money.\u201d It doesn\u2019t matter that you live in a 2 bedroom\/1 bathroom house in a lower-middle class neighborhood, drive a 12 year old Chevy sedan, and work at the counter of an auto parts store, and that the guy at your door lives in a 5 bedroom\/4 bathroom house in a ritzy urban enclave, drives a late-model BMW, and has a well-paying job as the dean of the Office of Diversity, Inclusion, Equity at the state university. That\u2019s not the issue, rather he is black and you are not.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Shellyne Rodriguez<\/strong>: A visual artist and organizer born in 1977, with a MFA degree and until recently an adjunct professor at the City University of NY Hunter College. In May 2023, Rodriguez was recorded on video launching a profanity-laced tirade berating pro-life Hunter College students and shoving their pamphlets off of a table, accusing them of distributing \"f-cking propaganda\" and for \"not educating sh-t\" and exclaiming \"This is bullsh-t, this is violent, and you\u2019re triggering my students.\" Her actions were lauded by the PSC Graduate Center, a labor organization of graduate and professional schools at the City University of New York.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n Later, that month a NY Post reporter went to her apartment requesting an interview, which was declined as Rodriguez suggested the reporter\u201cGet the f\u2013k away from my door, or I\u2019m gonna chop you up with this machete!\u201d She then opened the door, an indeed put the machete at the reporter\u2019s throat, and again requested he (along with a cameraman) depart, repeating \u201cGet the f\u2013k away from my door!\u201d The two complied and left the building, but Rodriguez felt it necessary to follow them outside and chase them, machete in hand, further admonishing them to \u201cGet the f\u2013k off the block! Get the f\u2013k out of here, yo!\u201d She concluded the interaction by kicking the reporter as he attempted to get in his car.<\/p> While she received broad support from academia and the cultural powers over the incident with the pro-life students, the optics associated with chasing a reporter with a machete proved too much for her employer and she was fired. In response Rodriguez said the school had \u201ccapitulated\u201d to \u201cracists, white nationalists, and misogynists,\u201d that the events had \u201ctaken a toll on my mental health,\u201d and she had been robbed of her \u201csense of safety.\u201d She complained that \u201cRight-wing media organizations are weaponizing and sensationalizing this case to further their agenda, and using me as a prism through which to project their attacks on women, trans people, black people, Latinx people, migrants, and beyond.\u201d She was, BTW, arrested for menacing, immediately released on her own recognizance at a hearing, then went to Burger King.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n Kim Gardner<\/strong>: To understand 47 year-old Kim Gardner, District Attorney for St. Louis until May 2023, it helps to imagine a town in the deep South in the 1950s. One evening, a mob of local Klansman are marching in the black section, just to show their colors and intimidate the \u201cdarkies,\u201d to remind them not to get uppity. Standing on the porch of one of the run down houses is a black man casually holding a shot gun, nervous but to needing to show he\u2019s serious about protecting his home and family. There\u2019s a little commotion from the hooded cowards, but in short order they move on. The next day Bubba, the local imperial wizard, complains to the local DA- an Klan supporter- that a black man dared to hold a shot gun as they were strolling through black town, and demands he be arrested. And that\u2019s exactly what the DA does.<\/p> <\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n Perhaps Kim Gardner\u2019s greatest newsworthy moment (among a several) was when she filed felony charges in June 2020 against a wealthy couple living in an upscale gated and private community: approximately 500 \u201cBlack Lives Matter\u201d protesters ignored No Trespassing signs and entered the private neighborhood. Upon seeing this the couple, both lawyers in their 60s, displayed a rifle and pistol to the crowd and yelled \u201cprivate property\u201d and \u201cget out.\u201d Some of the mob confronted and threatened the couple, but eventually everyone moved on. Thankfully, no guns were discharged and no one was injured. Gardner stated at the time \"We must protect the right to peacefully protest, and any attempt to chill it through intimidation will not be tolerated.\u201d In the above fictional account of the Klan marching though a (public) neighborhood they were <\/em>peaceful yet threatening at the same time, and the black man protecting his family did <\/em>intimidate the mob, which was the intention. Though the socioeconomic status and skin colors of those involved were opposites, the Jim Crow DA and Kim Gardner were fully aligned philosophically: if I <\/em>agree with the mob I <\/em>will not tolerate anyone who disagrees.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n Gardner\u2019s \u201cpublic service\u201d began as a Missouri state legislator in 2013, then as the elected DA 2017 to 2023. Those 10 years could aptly be described as a train wreck (to be charitable) and were characterized by everything from using campaign donations to pay her rent, creating an antagonistic relation with the police, and overt lying. She was, to say the least, an aggressive progressive dedicated to \u201creform,\u201d meaning she promised to increase diversity, work to reduce racial disparities, and enhance gun control. As a result, she declined to prosecute 1,000s of felony cases and St. Louis achieved the dubious distinction of having the highest murder rate in the US- 64 per 100,000 in 2019 and 87 in 2020 (for comparison, these numbers are similar, and even more than, the most dangerous countries in the world); she presided over a 100% employee turnover rate in her office, including the resignations of at least 65 career prosecutors.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n Ultimately her undoing was simple incompetence as a DA- criminals released not merely because they were black, but because she failed to show up in court. \u201cThe circuit attorney\u2019s office is now in a state of near-total collapse,\u201d Booker T. Shaw, a lawyer representing the St. Louis Circuit Court judges, said in April 2023, and there were increasing calls for her to resign. Gardner's response included claims of bigotry, racism, voter suppression, and sexism (no surprise there). Her final undoing involved a young man who was to be tried for armed robbery in July 2022 but the charges dropped by<\/em> Gardner because she was not prepared<\/em> (no, \u201cYes, your honor, the prosecution is ready to proceed!). He had been out on bond since the 2020 robbery but, despite literally dozens of violations, he was never remanded to jail. He did not have a valid driver\u2019s license, nevertheless in Feb. 2023 he decided to go for a spin, which included speeding through an intersection, causing a wreck, and the amputation of both legs of a 16 year-old athlete visiting from Tennessee. Gardner resigned in May 2023.<\/p> Gardner would do well as the poster child for for the incompetent, selfish, arrogant, greedy, angry, perpetually victimized, privileged activist black, i.e. those who percolate to the top of the black tier in the Democrat world: buffoons who degrade and cast a shadow on so many millions of black people: \u201cif she\u2019s the best there is, then\u2026.\u201d Even the entry on the leftist apologist web site Wikipedia couldn\u2019t say much positive about her. He is the preeminent ambulance chaser of \u201ccivil rights\u201d attorneys who can\u2019t travel fast enough to a funeral involving a black person who meets his criteria, but never seems to make it to the funerals of the overwhelming percentage of black people killed or maimed at the hands of other blacks.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n Crump\u2019s first became a celebrity when he represented the family of Trayvon Martin, a 17 year-old black high school student who was shot during an altercation with 29 year-old George Zimmerman in Feb. 2012. Zimmerman was initially reported to be white, but it was discovered his mother was fully Hispanic, so the media coined the term \u201cWhite Hispanic.\u201d Martin was \u201cacting suspicious\u201d in Zimmerman\u2019s view as he walked through the gated Florida community of his father\u2019s fiance. Zimmerman was part of the neighborhood watch program, called the police then confronted Martin. Apparently Martin got the upper hand in the ensuing struggle and proceeded to beat Zimmerman about the head. Zimmerman, for better or worse, had in his possession a small 9mm pistol and shot Martin, claiming self-defense. Zimmerman was eventually charged with second degree murder and manslaughter but was acquitted in a jury trial in July 2013. In 2015 the Obama Justice Dept declined to file civil rights\/hate crime charges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The discrepancy between the characterizations of Martin were huge depending if one was outraged by his shooting or supportive of Zimmerman. To the former he was a sweet, angelic kid looking forward to a bright future (Obama: \"If I had a son, he'd look like Trayvon.\"), to the latter his was a criminal and thug; photos from his phone and social media postings lent some support to this view (for example, \u201cNaw, I\u2019m a gangsta,\u201d and \u201cU wanna share a .380 w\/ (blacked out),\u201d a .380 being a pistol). Martin was from a pretty favorable socioeconomic status, and I think at that age he could have been both, depending if he was with his family or with peers. As for Zimmerman, I think he was a wannabe cop who got in over his head into an unfortunate position where he really did have to defend himself<\/p> <\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n In August, 2014 an 18 year-old black man named Michael Brown was killed by a white police officer named Darren Wilson in Ferguson, MO, and soon thereafter Ben Crump came to town. The narrative was a follows: Brown and a friend were walking on a road when Wilson drove up to them and told them to get off the road. A moment later Wilson tried to pull 6\u20194\u201d, 300lb brown in through the window of the police car. Brown disentangled himself, walked away with his hands up, saying \u201cDon\u2019t Shoot.\u201d Nevertheless, Wilson proved to be a racist stone cold killer and shot Brown multiple times in the back.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n Given this, it\u2019s difficult to understand why a grand jury failed to indict Wilson, and Obama\u2019s Justice Dept. didn\u2019t find any basis for civil rights violations. The reason is the above account was fantasy, pure nonsense. Brown had just committed a strong-arm robbery of a convenience store, which, ironically, Wilson did not realize as he told Brown and his friend to walk on the sidewalk instead of the street. Brown did not appreciate this admonition, approached the police car, punched Wilson in the face several times, and tried to wrestle Wilson\u2019s pistol away from him. Brown walked away and Wilson pursued, but then Brown turned back and began to move towards Wilson who did the usual cop thing of telling him to stop and get on the ground. Nevertheless, Brown kept coming, at which point Wilson fired his pistol several times (all striking Brown in the front), killing him.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n A \u201csettlement\u201d is a classic legal maneuver where parties involved in a law suit make an agreement to avoid going trial, and it\u2019s the bread and butter of the professional race shakedown practitioners. Crump walked away with a $1 million \u201csettlement\u201d from the home owner\u2019s association in the Martin case, and $1.5 million from the City of Ferguson to make up for the \u201cinjustice\u201d Brown experienced; presumably $1 million went the aggrieved family of the young thug, and half a mil to Crump, which is typical (a 2\/3rds, 1\/3 split). Internet net worth sites estimate Crump at a low of $5 million and a high of $180 million, with $35 million also mentioned, which sounds about right. Crump uses the term \u201cjustice\u201d freely, but for him there has to be a big payoff at the end.
